RetireMe is a planning and modeling tool. The projections, simulations, and portfolio analyses we provide are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making retirement decisions.

§ 02 · Accuracy

No guarantee of accuracy.

Retirement projections depend on assumptions about future market returns, inflation, and other inherently uncertain variables. Monte Carlo simulations illustrate a range of possible outcomes — they do not predict the future. Market data from Yahoo Finance may be delayed or incomplete. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any projection or data displayed.

§ 03 · Responsibility

User responsibility.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account.

§ 04 · Acceptable use

Acceptable use.

You may use RetireMe for personal retirement planning. Reverse engineering, scraping, and automated access (bots, scripts) are prohibited without prior written consent. We reserve the right to rate-limit or block abusive accounts.

§ 05 · Ownership

Your data & intellectual property.

  • You retain all ownership rights to the financial data, scenarios, configurations, and other information you input into RetireMe.
  • You grant RetireMe a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service — running simulations, generating projections, and storing your scenarios.
  • This license terminates immediately when you delete your account. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • RetireMe retains all intellectual-property rights to its software, algorithms, methodology, user interface, and documentation.
  • We may use aggregated, anonymized usage statistics (such as average simulation counts or popular tool usage) for product improvement. This data cannot identify individual users.

§ 06 · Accounts

Accounts & termination.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.

§ 07 · Billing

Subscription & billing.

Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles, processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Manage or cancel from your account settings.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us at support@retireme.app for a full refund, processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. After the 30-day window, cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period with no further charges — you retain access to paid features through the end of that period.

§ 08 · Liability

Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetireMe and its creators shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from use of or reliance on the service. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

§ 09 · Changes

Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
